Prompt response, helpful and instructions all very clear. When we sent our computer off to be repaired it was replaced and returned within 10 days. Today, I find so many companies don't focus on customer service - it's all about them and the company needs v the customer. Refurbed are the complete opposite - razor focus on our needs.... Seriously impressed. Keep it up.
