The purchase went through easily and the delivery company damaged the box/unit? It was handled promptly by Refurbed and they were clearly concerned about our experience. Much earlier than expected, the "replacement?" was delivered and they followed up. Communication in English would be a major advantage.... we still don't know what happened but the laptop is really great and exactly as they said it would be.
