Never purchased a used phone before so far so good.

Never purchased a used phone before so I was a bit apprehensive. I chose an iPhone 15 pro in new condition. The phone needed some updating in order to transfer data from the old iPhone. All parts are original. I would not have been comfortable with a non original battery. Too early to say if it’s a great buy but so far so good.

Don’t waste your money on a brand-new phone when you can get one that works just as well for a much lower price! You can choose the battery condition or the design quality depending on your preferences. I ordered one and I’m really happy with it. I would definitely buy again! The delivery was very fast, and everything works exactly as it should. Highly recommended!

Quick turnaround when I sent back the…

Quick turnaround when I sent back the 1st phone as it was not what I wanted. I wanted 1 with just an actual SIM card, not an e-sim card. I have not got the new mobile yet, so cannot say if it will be the correct one, but I am sure it will be.

A MateBook for everyday computing

The Huawei MateBook D 14 is a slim 14-inch laptop aimed at study, home and light office work. Refurbished here means used laptops that experts have tested, cleaned and repaired where needed, then sold with a warranty, at up to 40% less than new. This is a small range, so each listing deserves a close look. You also get:

Min 12-month warranty. Backing beyond the first weeks.
30-day free trial. Test it at home before you decide.
Free returns, delivery included. Nothing hidden at checkout.
Flexible payment methods. Pay in a way that works for you.

Who it suits

Students. A 14-inch laptop that is easy to carry between lectures and the library.
Home users. Browsing, video calls, streaming and household paperwork.
Remote workers. Documents, email and meetings without a premium price.
Second laptops. A spare for travel or for the family.

What to compare

Processor

The MateBook D 14 (2020) listings feature AMD Ryzen 5 3500U and Ryzen 7 3700U chips. Both handle everyday tasks, and the Ryzen 7 version suits heavier multitasking.

Screen

At 14 inches the display strikes a balance between comfortable reading and portability.

Memory and storage

Check the amount shown on each listing. Everyday use needs less, while many open tabs, larger files or several apps at once need more.

Ports and accessories

Look at which ports the laptop offers and whether you need an adapter for your mouse, monitor or storage.

Operating system and software

Check that the programmes you rely on run on the system in the listing before you order, particularly for work or study tools.

Condition

Premium: looks identical to new, works like new, battery holds at least 90% of the capacity of a new battery.
Excellent: looks like new, works like new.
Very Good: slight signs of wear, works like new.
Good: some signs of wear, works like new.

For Excellent, Very Good and Good, the battery holds at least 80% of the capacity of a new battery. Some products offer a new battery option.

About the MateBook D 14

The MateBook D 14 (2020) is a straightforward everyday laptop. It is the right fit if you want a reliable 14-inch machine for typical tasks rather than a workstation or gaming laptop, and it makes a sensible, modest-sized option for a household.

Refurbished vs new

You pay up to 40% less than new, and a laptop that already exists keeps being used. According to refurbed’s calculation, a refurbished laptop saves on average about 357 kg of CO₂ (85% less) and 89% less electronic waste per device compared with a new one. refurbed’s calculation is verified by an independent third party, GutCert, in accordance with ISO 14040/44.

Refurbished vs second hand

A second-hand MateBook from a private seller is usually sold as seen, without a warranty or any information about battery health. A refurbished one is tested by experts, graded by condition and covered by warranty.

Common questions

Yes, a min 12-month warranty applies to every laptop.
